My mom has pushed her [Life Alert] button quite a few times over the years. Every time the staff have been amazing. Sometimes she has fallen and she asked them to call us to help her up. She has had them call [EMS] when she couldn’t reach us. Amazing that you all call back to double check on her after each situation. - L.H.
