AC been out since 7.2.2021. Wife recently had heart surgery. 100+ heat inside EVERY evening for 26 days. Been lied to about parts being ordered, labout approvals, vendors, treated VERY rudely and even hung up on. 26 days today without AC in south Texas heat yet told 2.5 weeks ago, and AGAIN on 7.26 that everything was approved. DAMN LIE!! Told tonight that NOTHING had been apprd after 20 days of review!!!!!! Yet they ONLY have 24 hrs to approve your claim!
