Lied to me about service I received

They told me X-rays and exam was complimentary added up a bill over 1,000 dollars on my teeth that I was told my insurance wouldn't cover of course then they turned around and billed my insurance company for what they told me was complimentary hateful people in office I will never go back!!! User's recommendation: Don’t lie to customers.

》 I had 6,00.00 work and good insurance.They told me after I paid 3,00.00 bill was paid in full. Six months later recieved bill for 1,200.00 saying insurance didnt cover. Now Im in collections.

》 I have already detailed how horrible my experience has been with Aspen and continues to be now about 4 years later not to mention the strong arm collection threats and destroying my credit.

》 Rudeness by staff

》 We paid over $3000 for top and bottom plate and still can’t get them fixed to where I can wear them
