This was because we had lost our home to the wildfires in Colorado and had our stuff stolen from a storage unit in Harrisburg. Also, because we paid cash for the whole thing upfront. Note to self- NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!! Needless to say they took our cash and left us high and dry. Many promises broken! MANY! Hidden fees! User's recommendation: Go somewhere else!
