Lied and cheated and sold me a broken car

1

I went to Doxson Toyota to change oil in my 2006 Prius. While the car was getting repaired I went to to the show room and just walked around looking at cars. While I was looking at cars there was a salesmen asking me if I was interested in buying the car I was looking at it.there was car Yaris 2017 sale price was 14299.99 It was 15,999 but it’s on sale. Also it had fully certified car stickers on rhe window.the sales man keep on asking me to buy and and I told him that my credit score is not too good and I wanted to wait to get a better credit score to buy car. He kept on pushing me to try to find out if I qualified and nothing to lose he said I told him I should wait and if I check it now it will make my credit score go up. He said no, not really.the salesperson just kept on asking to check it so I gave up and had him check it. He sat me down at a table and disappeared for a while and he comeback and said I qualified to buy a car. It was not a perfect score but he said a lot of people with much worse than my score paying 19 percent or more and still buying cars.. I was kind of dumb found it and still sitting by the table waiting to negotiate the price and paper work. He never mentioned price on the car and he asked me now about how much I have it for down payment and he offered $2000 for my car. I wasn’t ready all this and I really needed time to think and wasn’t even sure if I wanted to buy the Yaris IA. The car seemed too small and still thinking at the same time the salesman had finished all the paper work and never talked anot the price on the car and he told to go meet the sales manager. I’ve followed him to a office and a young men he put many paper work and asks me to sign it. I wasn’t even clear what I was signing but there was something wrong with percentage on the interest rate that wasn’t correct. He told me the interest rate was 5.99 -% if I take $500 less for the car the interest rate will drop from 11.9 to 5.99. But when I looked st the paper work it was 6.78 % so I questioned the rate being different and the financial manage changed rate to 5.99 % and and told me I owehim a big favor. This time before I sign the paper work I told him I wasn’t sure about buying the car. He said this car fits my budget and it’s a good deal and should buy it. I pick up stuff from inside my car and and drive home. As I was driving the car didnt go straight it kept turning to the left and when I parked car I saw the pumper had *** it was a punctured.,and I also noticed the price on the care was 1499.99 not $1429.99 that was on the sticker. I accidentally took my Prius car key and the salesman had called me so I asked about the price on the car why was different he said the certification fee was added on. I was up all night upset the fact that I made a mistake buying the car and fact being push into it. On next day The June 30 th Saturday morning 8am I went down with Richard to doxson Toyota wanting speak with The owners but they were on vacation and there was no manager on site. Did able to find a sales manager who wasn’t too happy to talk to us I told him I wanted to cancel the purchase he said no which the salesman said same thing to me on the 6/29 after I found out they were playing with price and lied about interest rate now the car is in shop for repair. The mechanic told us the string wheel is not straight and the bumper needs to be ordered and it will take a a week to repair. I can’t beli this is happening from place that I had high regards. I feel dooo stupid!!!
