The sales pitch makes you believe the process is easy and fast. Submit art work and approve it. They remit a pic of an actual patch and approve it. Then full production will send out the order. Took two months. The Studio said a couple weeks. Even gave dates that they kept changing. Now I need to keep complaining because "More details is too short (minimum is 100 words)" and keep typing filler non-sense to reach 100 words. Hopefully, this has done it. Nope.
