Homeowner claim for roof, should have paid out the replacement value, they ignored Ohio law that if the singles cannot be matched they have to pay for the replacement. The still refuse to pay. Stated the roof was respected, but this was done without my knowledge at 8 am on a Saturday morning, no one knocked on my door to inspect the roof and I have a dog so somebody is lying. I feel like for the last 20 years paying an exuberant premium gets me nothing from this company. Yes if there is a class action suit I want to participate.
