On 15 July the washing machine was finally delivered to our address. On 30 July the machine started making a strange sound during its spin cycle. We took a video and emailed Game with the issue and video on the 1st of August. Game finally came back to us informing us that it is LG' technician that should come out and check the machine. We have been waiting for LG's technician ever since. We have requested that Game replace the faulty unit, which they refuse to do since the technician first need to assess the issue with the machine. Every week I send numerous emails to no avail. It has now been 16 days and no one has been at the machine to see what is wrong, no follow-up communication from Game, nothing. We are tired of struggling to get information in order to get this issue resolved. We hereby request a full refund for the faulty machine. We are seriously disappointed at Game for not trying to resolve this issue and unfortunately will not purchase any future products from the Game store.
