LG washer awful

Bought it in 2016. In 2020 it started leaking. Called LG, they would not do anything except to offer a service for which i would pay it all. I determined it was the boot seal. I called LG and ordered the part. They sent me wrong part. "life is good" when it is not LG. I will never buy from them.
