LG Fridge – Just 4 years new…

Called on Monday, 7/19 because my fridge stopped working over the weekend. A service appointment was set up for Thursday, 7/22. The repair tech came in, laid on the floor and listened to the fridge. He got up and said the compressor is working, you need a control board, a fan assembly and two other supporting parts. He never removed a cover to check if there was a bad relay, shorted wire, or anything. Okay, they know their job...I assume. Then he says, parts aren't available...you'll hear from us when parts come in. Finally get an email stating parts are not due in until 8/2. This is two weeks the fridge will be inoperable. Ok, I start calling to see if we can speed up the parts / next service call, but no success. I got hung up on twice, one rep named Mohamed said he has no time to talk to me because he has another customer on the line. Complete waste of time trying to get anywhere with the PC Richards trained robots. I was always a loyal, I mean LOYAL PC Richards customer. I will never purchase from them again, and I'm spreading the word. They DO NOT stand behind what they sell. Their service department is a joke and if I had called a local appliance repair, my fridge would be working the same day. I paid for an extended warranty but realize now I'm at their mercy because they control the process. I expect a fridge to be repaired very quickly and not in 2 going on 3 weeks.
