I have recently bought an LG air conditioner from your Anuradhapura Abans elite showroom and now its not working. For the last five days I was trying to get some one to have it checked from your service center since its under the warrenty period But none of them replied to my request. Therefore today I called your hotline number and told the same thing about my air conditioner's fault and the person who answered the call took a great care of my issue and filed a complaint and accordigto him he directed it to the anuradhapura shaowroom or service centre. He told to me that there will be some one calling me today regarding the issue . But still no one answered. Im so frustrated about your service. If I didn't get a response to this e mail or complaint ill use every possible ways to convey this to everyone every way I can saying not to use your service any more. Thankyou. My name.
