Been doing business with Regions for 11 years, they know my spending habits. Would not hand over money to some random person. Well conclusion to story. Regions will not pay back the $500. Said since it came from my phone (was locked), that my family or a friend did it. Not around family. Friend didn't do it either. One has been in hospital fighting for her life just got out. Other friend they thought we were sisters, which they agree wouldn't do it. No one knows my personal info. Plus Regions told me that someone had been after me for months. That was just an excuse for them to not give me my money back. CONCLUSION DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. I'M LEAVING THEM. User's recommendation: Dont do business with this bank!!!!
