Letter I received from you

I received a letter today saying that I was overpaid $550.00 for Claimant ID 716****. Claim ID: 2020-01. I still have a remaining balance in my account of $5,500.00 - how could I have been overpaid? I tried calling all the customer service lines and those lines should be renamed - no customer service, really bad. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible so that we can get this straightened out. Thanking you in advance.
