Dear sir/Madam, I purchased lenovo laptop from Lulu Hypermarket, Dajeej on 02nd Aug, 2020, with one year warranty, My laptop camera had an issue and I went to Lenovo service center on 03 April, 2021, they denied service stating that laptop's one year warranty ended on 31 March, 2021, as Warranty start from 01 April, 2020. This shows that the warranty started 4 months before I purchased the laptop.??? Kindly investigate and provide me solution as soon as possible.
