Went to branch with a request for a letter to state First-Citizens Bank doesn’t have a lien on my car Chevrolet Suburban ID# 1GNFK16367J152193 which cannot be found in First-Citizens data base. I was told even if they cannot find the lien on this vehicle and they need 7 to 10 business days to research it they still cannot write a letter to the SC Highway Department stating that First-Citizens does not have a lien on this vehicle. Makes absolutely makes no sense to me me and as of yesterday 8-1-2019 they cannot find a lien on this vehicle. I need a response ASAP due to the fact having to wait 7 to 10 days and get no where. I need a response TODAY. SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY NEEDS TO CALL ME. 803-730-****. Dale Hewett. Thanks
