I am feeling let down by you. I used your suggested person to do a job and they were a fly by night person. And you do nothing about it. why would I have to use your service if you don,t know the type of people you are sending to do a job.My fireplace is not working and I don have another $176 to spend.All i expected from you was for you to get in touch with the person you put out there and have them respond to my call,s. A quality company would make sure the people the use are honest . I live in a senior development and gave the name out to our work list for others to use now I will have to change what I said and be embarrestassed. paul updike
