My rating is actually less than 1 star. Don't use this company!! It's listed as Broadway Limo Service, Houston Limo and Party Bus, Affordable Limo Service, Limo and Party Bus Houston. I contacted them as Broadway Limo Service. Went with them because the owner, Robert, was more polite and a little cheaper than the others I called. Wanted transportation to the Port of Galveston and was assured I would get a stretch limo like a Towne Car. When the driver showed up he was in a party bus! It was too late to change anything, so went with it even though it was difficult for my 87 year old mother in law to get up into and back out of. Once close to the cruise terminal, the driver had to take a detour to go to the guard shack to renew his port sticker to allow him access to the port, making us late. Again, nothing else we could do. Had discussed with driver how to communicate with him on our return as to when we would be available for pick up after disembarkation, and worked out the details with him giving us his personal cell number. When we got back into port, I texted twice and called once and the driver never responded. Called the owner who informed us that the driver wouldn't be able to make it and he didn't have anyone else to come get us. He didn't even apologize! Had to scramble and get a family member to rescue us. Bad service!!!!
