After paying for clearing numerous trees,grading,septic,etc. Clayton refused to build home with just 3-4 weeks left to delivery date. Delivery date was bumped twice as well.Then tried to offer a larger home,which would not fit on area prepped. And would have to upgrade septic from 2 to 3 bedroom home. Very upset. User's recommendation: Be careful ordering new models. If they don't get enough orders for that particular one they will cancel and screw you.
