Left Us Freeezing with No Heat when it Counted with No Calll Back…

They have done a Great Job Then... Furnace Spewed Carbon-Monoxide... Came over Miss-Diagnosed the Problem.... Said I Hadnt Mantained the 23 Year Old Furnace when that was another the case.... They wired Mantaining It... Were going to send someone for a Second Opinion.... Didnt ... Wont have a Manager Call Me Back after 13 dayzzz in Fridged Weather... User's recommendation: Call Me at 410-903-****... & Or Cover me for a New Furnace as Covered after 23 Year & a Policy Holder for 10 Years...
