Had a standby generator that was getting hitched up to the electric panel. Entergy came out and disconnected the meter and shut off power. Electricians called at 10:00am to reconnect. No Entergy. Left here in the Texas heat with three dogs and no electric. Electricians called numerous time to Entergy no avail. This is the worse company I ever had to deal with. User's recommendation: Check to see who your electric company is before moving into a new place. Customer service does not exist with them.
