Update by user Aug 15, 2021 Never heard from Ticketmaster on the real issue, which was that I could not click sell tickets, and could not reach a live person to help me resolve this issue, leaving me unable to sell my tickets. Original review posted by user Aug 15, 2021 I recently tried to sell tickets I had purchased from Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, my tickets were stuck in a Ticketmaster error saying my refund was pending since 2020, when the concert was cancelled due to COVID-19. The concert was rescheduled, but my tickets were in limbo, and I could not click sell my tickets, and make ANYTHING HAPPEN! Several emails later, and computer generated responses that could not resolve the Ticketmaster error, I was unable to sell my tickets, and due to the uptick in Covid, and Florida being a hotspot, I was unable to attend. Ticketmaster SUCKS! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Ticketmaster!
