LED Flame Lamp Bulbs never arrived

Ordered 2 LED "Flame Bulbs" at a sale price of about $50. Money was paid out, then received an email stating that the bulbs were on their way. Over a month later no bulbs had yet arrived. Sent an email to inquire about them and found that my server was blocked by their email server. Still trying to get information about where my bulbs are!
