I really like the convenience of Onstar and how you can press the button in your car to connect to them or you can call. So I've done both numerous times..sometimes I can hear and understand the customer service rep...but lately everytime, I can never understand the person. There either not loud enough..it has an echo everytime I talk or unfortunately their accent is very harsh and strong and I can't understand. Its frustrating.frustrating.Belo User's recommendation: Louder speaking better connection and better english.
