I need my purse replace period not handles. They are throwing flaw back on the customer instead of guarantee the quality of leather. There is no way after a year my purse should be in this condition. This is my 4th bag and none of them never had this poor quality. I went to the store and was very disappointed in the process of how they want to handle things. They want you to be without your bag for 4 to 6 weeks or longer instead of just replacing it. They are telling me that the glaze came off, but I am sure that this will happen again. I don't see this bag lasting like my other bags. Please call or give me a number I can call and honor your bags for the price that I paid
