A few things need to be addressed. 1) when you complete a contract you shouldn't have to make anybody wait for an approval being that the approval is already been done through payments on time. 2) you need to update your system in Walmart on these phones that are advertised on straight talk for your payment plan. Phone is listed on website for straight talk but does not have anything listed in Walmart for that phone. So making me have to wait is ridiculous! I kind of expected something professional but that didn't happen did it?
