Date of incident: 26th Oct 2020 Invoice number: 46624 The work that has been completed does not align with the amount charged on the invoices; The work that was completed did not deal with the issue (ie the leak) which they were asked to resolve (the leak returned in less than 3 months from when the work was done) The overall service and communications received from Plumbforce Direct has been inadequate, e.g. over 2 months taken to receive the report of the work done
