From the time I first received my L'ang'e Le Duo it would not heat up However I still ordered tools and hair products from L'ang'e because I believed it to be a good and needed company. I stick my Le Duo I'm a closet hoping that it would hear up properly the next time I used it. Bit, it didn't and doesn't. I am hoping that by looking at my purchases you will send me one that works.
