Lazada Customer Service SUCKS!

The seller had posted my item since 24 July and arrived at Malaysia on 27 July. Get by date is on 7 August. Its already 11 August, and got no words from Lazada. I cant even get a refund. Try to contact lazada, but to no avail. I hate the robot cleo who did not assist me at all. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from lazada. Use only shopee.
