I was recently laid off due to the covid-19 pandemic which caused a work shortage across the board. I applied to receive assistance with my loan payment for which I had been paying additional premiums each month since the life of the loan to be protected in case of an emergency and was denied. They will find any excuse possible not to help you. I had been laid off for two months a year before taking out the loan so that is being used against me. What has that got to do with anything. This company is a rip off, plain and simple.
