Doctors and FCE Facilities are being paid big money to guarantee an outcome WC insurance wants. Call these same drs and FCE Facilities to see if they will take your private insurance, or allow you to pay cash? Its time injured workers have laws to protect them and checks and balances for these wc insurance companies,doctors, and facilities. I have severe nerve damage from 2 surgeries they forced me to have. Stated if i didn't I was refusing medical treatment. I go to a Neurologist they suggested who refuses to allow me to return to work. I have IME's that state I'm disabled. Adjuster forgets to issue checks, ignores my attorney, ignores their own attorney without any problems because the laws allow her. Wonder why requesting an emergency hearing takes up to 6 months? Then right before the hearing they send the checks and allow medical treatments and prescriptions. After you think all is go they do it again and we start this cycle all over again. It is so important to demand laws change to support injured workers.
