Bought a couch from Rochester Northgate hardly 30days of delivery the foam collapsed,springs noisy,loose stitches and not properly filled cushions. Rochester picked up the sofa for repairs,35 days later it was returned with more problems. The store does not respond to numerous emails or calls and moreover not cooperating and refusing to replace/refund..Do not spend a cent from this crooks(poor quality goods and bad after sales customer service User's recommendation: If you like your peace,stayaway from this store.
