Late response to customer
Hi I am a customer of NCL. I made an update to reservation no. 4557**** on the 2 of March and immediately I found out that there is a mistake on the trip price. Your London agent Mr. Pettitt Nigel explains to me that only Customer Service can fix the mistake. I suggest and It's better that Nigel will explain the mistake. From that day almost 3 weeks there was no response and Nigel told me that he is waiting for your answer. It is frustrating to wait for a simple response and it looks like the customer is not important to NCL and I wonder why? Please speed up the answer to your London agent and let me enjoy my future cruise. I have to emphasis that I dont have any complain about Mr. Pettitt attitude Regards David Dagan
