Late Order/ No response from the store

My order is placed 10:45 AM its 12:45 PM still the order is on receive status not even being prep. This is the worst. Tried to call the store but no one answering the phone. 2 hrs waiting ending up to cancel the order. Thank you for making a household hungry. We need something this frustrating.
