Late/ lost purchase

Original review updated by user Aug 11, 2021 I made a purchase was going to be delivered in 2 days. Item lost between warehouse and shipper. Called and was told they would look into it. Asked to have another part sent. Told I was going to have to wait. Wanted a refund told I would have to wait. They had my money and I didn't have the part. Can't use the car without the part. Worst customer service. Their fault but can't do anything. Don't count on them.
