I have sent my cargo last April 23, 2021 and until now it is not delivered. It has been 4 months! CMG reason is always port congestion is Singapore but the cargo was already in Manila since 4th July 2021. So the congestion is not from Singapore! Everytime I checked the tracking the delivery date is moved to another date. Everytiem you speak with the Customer Service, they will always say it wil be delivered the following week! But till now nothing! I have used Makati Express, my cargo was picked up last May and it was delivered and received last July. Its my first time to use your company and will never use your services again!
