Late and broken delivery

We have used Apria for a long time. At first the service was very good.During the last couple of years the service has been almost non-exextince. At first we were contacted once a month like clock work, but now if we forget to call in we are out of luck. The order is almost always the sam e. I am aware that once the shipment leaves your warehouse it is out of your control but times there many timies we receive damaged and short cases. We have brought these problems up before to different people but nothing seems to get done.
