Lastminute.com fraud

Dear Lastminute.com, Booking ID152059**** This refund amount of £86.44 is incorrect and I am due a total refund of £1170.60. I have contacted Lastminute.com numerous times on the telephone regarding this and nothing has been actioned. I have been waiting for this refund for over 1 year. This is clearly unacceptable and certainly the worst example of customer service that I have ever come across. Please action with BAA as a matter of urgency. Due to this taking over 1 year I regard this as fraudulent behaviour by Lastminute.com, in addition there is no way of contacting Lastminute.com as all phone lines end the call and there is no customer service email address to which to send a complaint.
