Last Resort before Filing Complaintv

We purchased an LG refrigerator. We spent almost $3,000. It was delivered in January. In April we had to replace the water Filter because the ice in the door and the craft ice was very salty. After changing the filters 4 times the problem was never solved. We called LG they sent someone out but the problem was never solved. We called our salesperson at Spensers and he said he would call LG and he would get back to us. He never did. We called a plumber. He said our water line was fine. We purchased a freezer to hold the bags of ice we have to purchase..another expense that we really cannot afford. We are retired on a fixed income. In June LG had to come out the 7th timethis time they had to replace the Compressor and the driver because the freezer wasnt working. LG tells me that I must contact the store where I purchased the refrigerator. I called my salesperson who told me, he would have his manager call me. He never did. I contacted the salesperson and he told me there was no record of LG replacing the compressor. There was nothing they could do. I called the tech who was out here and asked what he replaced and he told me it was the compressor and driver and that it shouldnt need to be replaced on a 5 month old refrigerator. We then called LG and they also confirmed what was replaced. I wonder why the salesperson lied to me saying there wasnt a record. I am tired of having bottled water, ice trays and going to the freezer in the garage in order to have ice. This is really sad. Its been going on too long. Not even the decency of returning one of my several phone calls. The best is in a sense calling me a liar. I recently had surgery and friends were over and could not believe what I have to go through in order to put ice in a glass. Also, the freezer is still not working right. The packaging on the food items are very sweaty. I am 70 years old. Im tired and this is really aggravating me to no end. Its really a shame . Can someone please get back to us!
