Non-refundable goods and non-return of warranty
In May of this year, I bought a headset, keyboard, mouse and nude for a total of 247 dollars in the Capital salon store. Already in the middle of June, the leather upholstery of the headphones started to peel off and the keyboard suddenly started to twitch 2 buttons, although I use these things carefully. When I arrived at the Quebec Plaza Capital salon store, I submitted the goods for warranty repair and I was given 2 receipts and told me that this is all I need to receive the goods, but they kept the warranty card with them. I replaced the headphones with new ones and I haven't noticed any defects yet, but they were in the warranty service for 3 months. On the other hand, 2 months after submitting to the Capital salon store, I was given a "brand new" keyboard, even though they couldn't understand whether the productwhich they give me from the warehouse is new. The "brand new keyboard" they gave me after the warranty turned out to be even worse. The letter "A" did not work clearly for it. For the 3rd time, I went to the Capital salon store in Quebec Plaza to solve this problem, because instead of a defective keyboard, I was given a broken one. As a result, I was delicately ordered. They themselves did not return the warranty card to me and later refused to accept the keyboard, even though I had a voucher for which I received a second defective keyboard. I had to leave the store because they didn't admit their mistake. Capital IT helpdesk is an even bigger nightmare. Even if there is one, you will never be helped there either, because it is almost impossible to apply there and you will not expect an adequate answer. Right now I have to deal with a broken keyboard because of capital.the store has already become a money laundering network, not an adequate store. I strongly do not recommend shopping in Capital.ca stores. Look for an alternative, because other stores won't fool you like me and prices are likely to be lower.
