Last minute can’t fill repeat order

Update by user Feb 09, 2021 They emailed me to drive 45 minutes to a Petco Store nearby. The product was available at that store. I told them the Covid curfew in California did not allow me to drive to that store. That is why I order on online...No reply backTwo weeks Later I got 24 loose cans in a box.15 days later they told me Blue Diamond is no longer making the cat food.15 days later they told me that my order was being shipped, but when I received the order it had 8 cans of cat food that I did not order. Not the 24 cans for my repeat order. They sent me what they thought was a compatible cat food without my permission.I cancelled by repeat order online, but when I tried to cancel my account online they told me I had to phone them. I called their number and waited on hold.. finally got a customer service rep got my information and then put me on hold again. When the conversation started again she said if I wanted to make sure my account was closed I needed to call another number.I told her I would not call another number. I told her she must close my account She finally said she cancelled my account.Beware of Petco nothing but trouble Original review posted by user Jan 08, 2021 Got a email that my repeat order was being mailed but at the very last minute they were out of stock. They did not say when I could get this order but indicated I may need to wait for a month until my next shipment. My cat is finicky so this is a huge problem 1/8 Repeat Orders email is not being monitored. Phone Calls one hour wait. Online texting waited and no one came. User's recommendation: Avoid on line sales.
