On 22nd June I have ordered a Kerastase sulfate free shampoo, a duo pack and I received the wrong product, I received kerastase color treated or highlighted hair. I contacted them and they said that they will send the right one, what they did. I asked for the return, and they told me that I can keep it, fine. This week when I collected the new order, they sent once again the same product, the wrong one. I have three days trying to solve the problem, and they told me that after investigation they send the Wright product, but they didn't. Today I received the label to return the second order and that label has the name of the product that I never received, so I told them when you send to me the right label I will return it. All this is a very bad experience with this company. And they insist that they have sent the correct product when it's not. These pictures shows the one that i ordered and the one a received twice wrongs. I won't use again. me that after User's recommendation: Be very careful to order.
