Bought laptop somebody put a guest account on it and I didn't have the password I tried to do a system reset and it kept stalling and now it is I went to dodge trying to figure out what's wrong with it and now it's on a black screen and I need some help with it I'm pissed the *** office II *** HPI fault and it's a piece of *** now if I can't get my *** online today I'm going to the *** next next company y'all miss out miss me with it ***
