Update by user May 12, 2021 I have contacted there legal team more than once since they told me in a message from of review I posted on BBB. Yes communities responded telling me to contact their legal team if i have a legal concern. Yes communities legal team still seems to avoid me and not return my call or emails. Original review posted by user Apr 12, 2021 Let me get this straight. After my conversation with executive staff of Yes communities that say they are not responsible for their employees action. So it is the responsibility for the residence to take care of yes communities grass cut the grass, treat the grass, their dirt you rent. It is the residence responsibility to provide their own neighborhood watch because burglaries are happening and even though you report it to the office manager they do not enforce their own rules they put out for all residence. Because yes communities feel they have no responsibility or think they above the laws set out for landlord company's required by tenant-landlord act. That I had to file a stalking lawsuit on to people that burglarized my home and then instigated stalking by them and others that live at the park. And the manager and yes communities staff say it not their responsibility to enforce their rules they require for all residents. I guess according to Yes communities they are only responsible for giving false advertisement and collecting rent. Not responsible to follow the Tenant-Landlord act, or enforce their rules. Yes communities is a greedy, careless about the residents and this is not a safe family place when you have criminal activity happening, and you report it and yes communities blows it off. What the point of their rules they do not enforce them. They only care about one thing your money that is it. User's recommendation: Run far away and never do business with them.
