Lack of transparency from ADP, failure to keep promises.
1
ADP acquired a PEO that was handling our payroll. The PEO assured us that the rate for service would remain unchanged. In speaking with ADP rep assigned to us, again, was assured that our rate would not change. When we received the proposal, it was more than triple the current rate. Over a period of two months, several promises were made by both the PEO and ADP rep and manager. NONE of those promises have been kept. Our current payroll service has now ended, and I assume that ADP believes that we will come around to agree to their pricing. User's recommendation: Find a local company, privately owned, that will tailor a plan to fit your company's budget and needs. ADP seems to use a set fee schedule, regardless of whether your employees are full or part time, and without consideration of what actual costs are (workers' comp, etc).
