Lack of transparency about stock availability & INCREDIBLY slow shipping

Original review updated by user Jul 05, 2021 I ordered a women's shirt from Eddie Bauer on May 15th and have yet to receive it! I was notified on June 25th that it had shipped by FedEx, but the FedEx tracking number didn't' work--when I checked the EB website, it shows up as coming via UPS/USPS. It's crazy that I've been waiting for this item for 7 weeks with no communication from EB about its status. And you can't cancel orders. Ridiculous. User's recommendation: Shop in store only--Eddie Bauer's online shopping is a nightmare.
