Lack of timely response to request for help

When there was phone support, it was great. Now the only way to get customer support is by emailing the support department. 3 t0 5 business days is what is stated as response time. Or not...?!?! My issues have not been resolved and so far no communication from the support dept. Sent emails again, hopefully results this time. User's recommendation: Don't expect Ready Refresh to care about problems with you account.
