Lack of service on brand new not working oven

Service call 06333****. Came after 2 week wait. Needs part. Got part and set up for new appointment for 3/11/21. Got message today service cancelled. Wait another 2 weeks. # 06341****. Called customer service and they refused to bump up our appointment. Have to wait 2 more weeks. At that point I will be without a stove for 2 months. Asked for a rebate told not done. Have had to throw out food that did not cook completely. Customer service refused to help scepter to put me on a waiting list. I have already waited too long. WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER GE Product again and will tell anyone and everyone about the total lack of concern and customers service User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY GE PRODUCTS.
