I checked in for 3 nights and I asked if I needed to stay longer would it be a problem to finish out the week, will you have rooms. The lady at the desk said yes 3 days later they booked my room because of a college game that was coming into town...So why couldnt she tell me in three days we have a big game in town so i may not have any rooms? My second is they serve OJ, Cran juice, apple juice, and its room temp no ice! I asked for some ice and while here and 3 other workers stand around, she says sure go all the way down the hall to the ice machine. I said no, how about you send someone with a picther to get ice so we can have ice at the breakfastbar. How lazy can you be not to go the extra mile for the customer. So after they booked my room i checked out and took my business to the Best Western and my rate was even cheaper and the food was great with ICE at the breakfast bar.
