I purchased the FTM Companion Guide in November 2019 as a "pre-order". It is now June 2021. I spoke to Live Chat who apologised for the poor service but as a front line they could not give a satisfactory reason for this. At no time did Mackiev come back to me and give me any updates on progess. The amount of £29 may seem trivial to most people but there is a principal in this in such that a business must keep in touch with their customers. I have requested a refund but I am sure I will not get any interest on this! or even an apology. I wanted to use this with my evaluation of my next genealogy software. What a shame that Ancestry sold this. I think it is fraud to sell something you don't have.mer relations. User's recommendation: Look at acquiring software from other companies such as RootsMagic, Legacy and Family Historian.
