Lack of Satisfaction on purchase made 12/4/2020

Anything that could go wrong did from delivery of two different colors of the Happy Leather Set to Chairs with wrong arms, broken chairs now malfunction of new chair which they refuse to replace but send a serviceman out to repair mid March 2021. No-one will call me back from HQ or Retail Store, BBB already has it's share of complaints on this company. I wish I'd checked there before stepping foot into that store. I need help with this!! User's recommendation: Shop some where else.
